  • Pole fitness is a unique sport that combines strength, stamina, flexibility, passion and most of all - fun! Our pole fitness classes are suitable for any level, from total beginners to advanced students. They are the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill, get fit and have fun doing it!

  • Aerial hoop is an amazing and fun way to increase fitness and learn new skills. Also known as Lyra, an aerial hoop is a wonderfully unique piece of equipment.
    The class is perfect for anyone new to hoop or people with some previous experience

  • Experience the beauty of continuous movement on the hoop. This class emphasizes smooth transitions, graceful poses, and creative sequencing to help you develop your own flowing style. Whether you're building on basics or refining your technique, you'll discover how to make the hoop feel like an extension of your own artistry.

  • For children aged 6-12. Let your child experience the magic of the circus, with the chance to explore aerial hoop and pole, as well as general acrobatics and fitness skills! Cosmic Juniors is the perfect way to make exercise fun for all ages, and helps kids to discover new passions.
    All of our instructors are fully trained and DBS checked.

  • Suitable for anyone, regardless of experience. Learn to love the skin you're in through the art of pole dance. Whether you want to feel more confident, or just work on stamina and flow, these classes are for you!
    Despite the name - heels are not required!

  • Elevate your pole game with style and sass! This class combines technical pole tricks with the added challenge and glamour of dancing in heels. Learn to execute spins, climbs, and transitions while maintaining grace and confidence. Suitable for those with foundational pole experience ready to add some flair to their repertoire.

  • Always wanted to learn to do the splits? How about achieving a perfect back arch? Maybe you're an aerialist looking for help to nail that certain move, or maybe you just need a little time away to stretch off and relax! Whichever catagory you fit into (or maybe something totally different), these 45 minute sessions are the perfect way to push yourself and achieve your dreams!

  • Build the power and endurance you need to excel in aerial arts. This targeted class focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, and overall conditioning through exercises specifically designed for aerialists. Perfect for complementing your aerial training or as a standalone workout to level up your fitness.
