  • We’re a little hidden away so don’t worry if you’re struggling to find us! Our front door is located inside of the Brook Street Mill courtyard, just off Goodall Street, on the right hand side of the building! Don’t be afraid to drop us a message or call if you’re stuck!

    Lots of people find Carla Guilder’s fitness studio first. If you end up here, we are on the other side of the same building! :)

  • For Pole:
    Please bring a pair of shorts and a short sleeved top/vest.
    For Hoop:
    Please bring a pair of leggings or tight fitting pants and a short sleeved top/vest.
    For Heels & Flow:
    Heels are actually optional! If you choose to bring heels, please only bring Pleasers or other pole-type brands, as regular heels are not suitable. Please also consider bringing knee-pads if possible.
    For Stretch & Flex:
    Please wear something that allows you as much movement as possible to really benefit from the stretches.

  • Absolutely! Our instructors tailor their lesson plans for each student, and all of our classes are mixed ability. Therefore, it doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or have been at it for years! We will work to you and your skill set!

  • Not at all!

    We offer classes for children as young as 6, with no upper age limit.

    Some of our oldest students are well into their 60s - it’s never too late to start!

  • Drop us a message! Our main goal at Cosmic is to make sure that everybody feels welcome, comfortable and relaxed. If there are any adjustments we can make for you, just say the word and we will do everything that we can. We are an all-inclusive, safe space!

  • Yes! We can host a range of parties at the studio. Please message us for more details.

  • Unfortunately, we strongly recommend that you do not wait in the studio during your child’s class.
    While we understand your concerns, experience has proven that children are much more likely to engage with the class and behave well when their parents aren’t present.

    Thankfully, there are several nearby coffee shops, pubs and more that you could sit in throughout the duration of the class.
