Welcome to Cosmic Aerial Fitness

Cosmic Aerial Fitness is a welcoming and inclusive pole and aerial hoop studio based in the heart of Macclesfield, Cheshire.

We offer a wide range of classes for adults of all abilities, alongside our much-loved Cosmic Juniors classes for children and teens.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or building on existing skills, we’re here to support you every step of the way. From pole fitness to aerial hoop and more, we can’t wait to welcome you into our community and help you begin your aerial journey.

Aerial Hoop & Pole Classes We Offer

  • A unique sport combining strength, stamina and flexibility with plenty of fun along the way. Suitable for complete beginners through to advanced students.

  • Also known as Lyra, aerial hoop is a dynamic and empowering way to build strength and coordination while learning beautiful skills.

  • Focus on fluid transitions, graceful poses and creative sequencing. Perfect for developing confidence and personal style on the hoop.

  • Build stamina, confidence and self-expression through the art of pole dance. Heels optional, empowerment guaranteed.

  • Add style and sass to your pole training. Combine technical tricks with confidence and flair. Best suited to students with foundational pole experience.

  • Improve flexibility, work towards splits or backbends, and support your aerial progress with focused mobility training.

  • Build core strength and endurance with targeted training designed specifically for aerialists or as a powerful standalone workout.

  • Fun, structured aerial classes for children exploring hoop, pole and acrobatics in a safe and supportive environment. All instructors are fully trained and DBS checked.
